Not much to say here besides the crew here is good, so.etimes hard to find a chasis lol, one complaint is the automatic lifts are a pain in the butt i think a side loader would be quicker because alot of hickups. But thats technology for you. Other than that everything is good
Why is it an hour wait for a lift when there is a guy sitting in the crane with his legs stretched out and it hasn't moved.
Everytime I come here to get loaded it takes forever. The crane operators are a**holes for no reason. Drivers simply come to pickup containers, request for lift and they will just ignore you! They load you when they feel like it.
Shift change takes forever. Everything stops for 45 minutes everyday at 5:45

Terrible service!! Their equipment is always down or employees drive off when you need some help and absolutely no sense of urgency! If you call the coordinator to communicate what you need they just lie and say they’re on the way or just give you a “too bad”! By far the worst rail yard in the Kansas City area!
I will say for the most part the facility is organized and you can find your load easily generally. The wait times under the cranes or getting a empty can be time consuming. However what forces my hand on giving it a single star rating is, if you have a load scheduled to be out by midnight at latest and checked in a half 30 minutes hour before midnight, you are already hooked up to it, rolling to the out gate while obeying all the rules and you get to the kiosk and it does not want to act right like most of the time, making your out time eight 8 minutes past midnight when it finally does, they will charge you over a $100 for storage fee because, you was late getting out the gate due to their kiosk.
They have an app that can help you get your trailer dropped and picked up.
Rude employees! If you come here, better be in the morning by 10. After that you wait and wait and wait. There computer system sucks. Would be better off if they kept the old place.
Awful experiences many of them with this rail. They don't care about any one customer because they have so many. You don't matter at all to them. Rude staff and ramp manager is laughable joke. Don't go in that rail over night they're worse than mid day.if I could give them minus stars in this written review I would
