Helpful Tips:
*Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to all services (except nail and pedicure appointments). This will allow plenty of time to complete any information sheets that may apply to your visit with us.
*Reservations are recommended. Appointments for services exceeding $100.00 or appointments involving multiple clients require a credit card to hold your reservation. There is a 50% charge to the credit card for guests who fail to show for their scheduled appointments or who fail to give a 24 hour cancellation notice.
*We cannot guarantee services for late arrivals. Unfortunately, it may not be possible to “make up” time as it could infringe upon the next guest.
*Guests who arrive late will be charged for full service.
*All times are approximate.
*Gratuities are always given on a voluntary basis. It is customary to leave a 10% to 20% tip.
*If you wish to leave a tip, you may do so in the form of cash or check directly to your therapist.
