If I could I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star. Ever since this new HR lady, if you want to call her HR. More a joke then anything. Peoples pay is always messed up and when you say something it’s because of you. Not her. Like you do your own payroll. The new Plant Manager, HA. Fresh out of college and has to prove something to himself, I guess. Wont even talk to the normal day to day worker without his little hot mess of a HR lady standing over you. The man absolutely has no balls, period.
Can't say enough good things about these dudes. Unloaded 17 pallets and had my paperwork in hand in 25 minutes.
I live near by and every morning like clock work /from my house/, I hear pigs screaming bloody murder. The first few times I heard it, I didn't know what it was, but I go to work on a bike past this place at 6:30 AM each morning, and eventually I googled it. Found out it was a not only a factory but also a slaughterhouse. Makes sense they do their dirty work in the night hours, but those screams are nightmare material.
All places should he like this! Appointment was 0600, checked in at 0555 and unloaded with paperwork in hand at 0625! Overnight parking as well.
Nice people, I checked in 6:18am and got me out at 6:35am that's before their office open
Very courteous people. A professional environment that I think that I can retire from.
FYI: This is a food production facility, not a place to eat
