They have the best cook at this Location. If Clarence is working when you're here its guaranteed your order will be the best you've had. Service staff is always helpful every time I go and if I needed anything they are always eager to please to make my time there unforgettable.Food: 5/5
One waitress comes by the table continuously rushing us. Once we gave our order, we waited 30 minutes for our food. The food was brought out and the second person instead of asking who has which dish, assumed and always got it wrong. My cheeseburger and fries was handed to me finally with very few french fries. When I asked server, she said it's because the manager is cooking and he doesn't portion them correctly. I told her I would like the serving of fries that comes with the lunch. She came back 15 minutes later with a full serving of hot fries. What I was given were cold. The cheeseburger patty was cooked medium rare, which I did not ask for. I had told the server this and had to pay the full price for my meal anyway. Again, the excuse was that the manager is the one cooking. If these restaurants are choosing to stay open with a skeleton staff, they need to all learn how to fully cook a hamburger. The server never asked how anything was, just kept rushing us.
Our server was pleasant and very efficient. The food was good. The interior was clean, but we found ourselves sitting in a very cold draft from the air conditioner. Aside from being uncomfortable, it tends to cool the food quickly. My only food complaint was that there was no regular hot tea available. Non-tea drinkers seem to think that everyone drinks Earl Grey. It has bergamot in it and so for some of us, an unpleasant taste. They also had a flavored caffeine free tea. It would have been nice to be able to just get a regular tea like lipton.
The service and food were excellent. The staffing was low, but you wouldn't have known it; the waitress and staff were working hard to overcome the low staff. Our waitress Emily did an absolute fabulous job.Food: 5/5
A friend and I had been craving Bob Evans's down-home cooking. He got the pot roast dinner, and I decided to try the new southwest avocado omelet with home fries. The home fries were a little overcooked, but the omelet was delicious! The southwest tang from the sausage, beans, corn, and cheese inside the omelet balanced the fresh tomato and avocado slices on top along with the cool cream sauce. I would definitely order it again!

I don't know what is happened to this location. We used to eat here all the time and it was wonderful! Now, I will be sure to avoid this location. I just finished eating the worst $12 breakfast I've had. First, I arrived 2 minutes after their estimated time it would be ready and called for curbside pickup. Ten more minutes later, I gave up and decided to go in to see what was going on. I waited while the worker finished packing a different order before he asked if he could help me. I explained that I came inside to see if my order was ready yet at this point 18 minutes past the estimate given on the website. He still had to finish getting things for me order. Finally, 20some minutes batter arriving I finally got my order and took it home. While unpacking, I saw a weird substance on one of the containers see picture. Despite that we were so hungry we decided to continue to eat. The sausage was barely cooked enough. The eggs seemed to be far less than we usually receive from the Woodman location. My sausage gravy container is filled far less than would be expected and I usually receive see other picture and the biscuits are hard. My son actually threw away his eggs. His said he tasted one bite and they were so bad that he "wanted to throw up". See picture. I don't even und how one can make scrambled eggs that bad! I very disappointed in every meal 3 total from this order at this location. So while I recommend Bob Evans in general, I definitely recommend using a different location than this one. Perhaps it's just an off day for them, but it was bad enough I won't be giving this location another try. I'll stick with Woodman where I know I will get good food, ready at the time they promise. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 simply because I know other locations are good. This particular location deserves negative stars though.
Long wait line on a Saturday morning. Food very good. It seems that the Waitresses are taking on double the responsibility. Where not long ago, they focused on great customer service, they have since been added the responsibility of what a busboy would do. They are under a lot of stress with customers, doing 2 jobs instead of 1.Food: 4/5
I got the Great Alaskan Cod Dinner. It's a single breaded fillet. It comes with 2 sides & choice of bread for about $12,19. The fillet is on the thin side. I asked for the French Fries to cooked fresh & they were. I got the Green Beans which are excellent & the Banana Bread wich is delicious. I wasn't a fan of the Cod. It was too thin. I get the 3 pc Cod Entrée from Frisch's all the time which is $11.99 & comes with 2 side plus garlic texas toast which is 3 thick pieces of Cod for $11.99. I personally prefer the thicker Cod. I wouldn't order the Cod from here again. It's just too thin. I love Bob Evans sides, though. Especially the Green Beans. They are seasoned with ham & are fantastic!!! My Fries were fresh because I asked for them, just not a fan of the Cod
Emma was very patient and kind. Our food was delicious . We enjoyed our lunch very much!Food: 5/5
