It's Bob Evans and the food is good... The breakfast servers on the weekend are usually great. Everything's pretty much on par with what Bob Evans food is and only had one bad experience at this one during an evening dinner where we were ignored by our waiter because we asked them to come back as we needed to look at the menu for just a little bit longer. Fast forward to June 2022 and they're still crushing it with breakfast!!! Fast forward to July 2022 still great breakfast and great service!
Well the server is not paying attention I believe because the food takes more than 20 mins wait at the time she took my order and our appetizer served it to the wrong table then the other table said we didn’t order that, then went to my table and asked if we order this food we said YES! The food tastes good but the server is kinda overwhelmed that we didn’t get a chance to talked or asked her. My experience is just okay I believe they are understaff I don’t know since Bob Evans always busy I guess .
We had a most delightful young lady who took care of us and of course, each of us party of 5 cleaned our plates! Bob Evans is ALWAYS excellent, no matter which restaurant we dine at; no matter what state we are traveling in! I also picked-up a container of extra chunky chocolate chip cookies yum! and a container of their Buckeyes! Also double yum! Additionally, purchased too--a bag of Bob Evans Hot Chocolate...made it the next morning and added a dash of marshmallows! How to define total wonderfulness!
I tried the Thanksgiving Turkey Sandwich! It didn't have the pickle slices as advertised and the cranberry chutney on it was literally 1/2 tsp if that. I showed our server and asked for more, which she gladly brought me. It was very good!! Everyone else enjoyed their food as well!
Ordered chicken noodle soup and dinner rolls online at 3PM to be picked up at 5:15 PM. Waited 20 minutes for the order to be done after I arrived at the pickup time. Barely any chicken in the soup, 99% of it was noodles and some carrots. Rolls were good, no butter provided. I haven’t had Bob Evans in a long time and usually don’t leave reviews, but I remember it being better than this.
We ordered the the hot family meal for thanksgiving. The order was ready for pick up ten minutes early . Everything tasted great with plenty of extra food left over. I don’t know who gave Bob the recipe for the pumpkin pie, but that thing was banging. Hands down best pumpkin pie I’ve had . Parking: Getting in and out of the parking lot for curbside service at the Dressler , N. Canton , Ohio location is a nightmare.
Went for breakfast early, before the crowd came in. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Pancakes and bacon were good. Coffee was fresh and hot. Great way to start the day with birthday breakfast for my mom!Food: 5/5
Went to eat dinner on a Sunday evening around 5:30pm. The restaurant was very cold and the waiter said they were trying to figure out why. I teased about them not paying the gas bill. My wife and I each had soup and I also had a sandwich. The waiter offered rolls, biscuits, or banana bread too. The food came and nothing was hot. The rolls were not even warm and the soup and sandwich were just warm. The sandwich came with gravy and it was barely warm. My vegetable soup was tasty but consisted of just corn and potatoes in a tomato broth. I admit I did see one quarter of a small green bean there too. The waiter did his best. We did not complain…just ate and quickly left for the warmth of our car. The cashier was polite but appeared frustrated because there was no change in the cash drawer. He sighed and looked for assistance to give me my change then got a few coins from another register. I was disappointed and won’t hurry back.
“If I could give this one star I would” This was awful service. We were sat, and forgot about. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks ordered. We got our food and it was no longer hot. When we got our food an hour later I found TWO hairs in my food in separate entrees. The first one I marked off as mine or my friend who was sharing the food. But the second was IN my food. Will not be returning. Very disappointed
Been going to this Bob’s for years now. It’s gotten absolutely terrible and I’m not going back. The table across from us was dirty the entire time we were there. Took 6 minutes to get our first cup of coffee, and on the second cup when I asked for more cream, the server forgot! Too busy talking to a couple for 5 minutes, no exaggeration. After I asked a second time for more cream, she said that she forgot, but, was good enough to bring me a hot coffee. The slop that I was served obviously sat in the pass for a long while. It was cold, the crumbled sausage was as hard as a rock and the cheese was even cold, not melted. This garbage costs over $10. No butter for the biscuit, but I’ve come to expect that anymore from this place. I must say that the Bob’s in Massillon is %1,000 better and I’ll be taking my business there from now on.
