The server rarely checked in on us causing us to stay they for over an hour!!! and we were served ROTTEN broccoli!!! we didn't even get compensation for eating the rotten food we felt sick the whole night afterwardsFood: 1/5
We went in for my Birthday breakfast!! It was delicious as always and we were seated and served immediately!! Thank you for making my day special!!
I always can count on Bob Evans to deliver a wonderful meal and great service. I love the country fried steak so much but this time I had the Cobb Salad and Cheesy Potato soup. Was excellent. The restrooms were clean. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The wait for a table was about 3 minutes. The waitress was delightful.
Worst service! Came in for my bday dinner with my spouse. Was told it’d be a 20 minute wait and ended up waiting 30 minutes if not longer and then I asked what the wait time would be again and got seated right away! There were several empty tables. The waitress and other workers complained about two other employees leaving without helping the entire time! The waitress seemed very frustrated and made us feel like a burden to wait on. We didn’t really get served much and when we did she didn’t seem happy about it. Our food was not great and some of it we didn’t eat because it smelled and looked awful. We heard someone in the back say the food was cold so pop it back in the microwave!!! Not what we wanted to hear! At check out the manager didn’t even ask us how our food was and just checked us out and sent us on our way. Definitely not wasting my time here ever again.
Sometimes service could be better but such is life nowadays. The employees are kind and competent though. The prices are still great. The food is very good. I think overall averaged over many visits it’s a great value and and a very good restaurant.
Ordered takeout and found that both orders were incorrect when I got them home. Check before you leave if all is correct. A little more quality control might be in order. Otherwise, food itself is fine, value fairFood: 4/5
Quite literally the best steak I’ve ever had!! I’ve been to the fancy places, nothing hits quite like Bob Evans!! My BEAUTIFUL girlfriend and I decided to come get some mid-day dinner, boy am I happy I did! She cut my steak up for me and I dove right in! Muah!!!! Delicious!! I had mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese as my sides. This chef knew what he/she/they were doing! Someone call the cops, I feel like a thief for paying the LOW price I paid!
I don't feel that anything was stand out service or flavor. I didn't like the coffee because it wasn't like the coffee I make at home. The food was okay, standard breakfast of eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns. Flavor was on the bland side. Server was friendly and was great at making our table had refills in a timely manner. Kid-friendliness: I would say that they have a decent menu for children. Our 4 year-old enjoys eating here. Parking: Never had an issue of not being able to park even when they appeared to be extremely busy. Easy to get too and no worries about having to immediately get out on the main road.
This is probably the first time I have had a bad meal at a Bob Evans. All of our food was cold and hard! Absolutely disgusting... I was so excited for my meal and it came out over an hour after we had been seated. The server blamed the kitchen, but food doesn't get cold while you're cooking it.Food: 1/5
Try not to go during lunch time it was so packed I waited over an hour for my food and then it was cold and was not half there
