This is a FREE total body work out! We will use tires, sandbags, suspension training, bodyweight, kettlebells, rope undulation and more.
Description
We meet, in the parking lot of Cudd Memorial Baptist Church on #9, Mon & Thurs at 6pm-7pm for 5 weeks (and then take a one week break).
All fitness levels are welcome!
