I went into the store sometime a week or so ago, and Dave greeted me as soon as I walked in he was able to answer all my questions and showed me what I was looking for. I told Dave I would come back which I did and Ali was there. Dave was off and Ali showed me the products again and was able to answer all my other questions and she was able to fulfill my needs above and beyond and even suggested an extra piece for my couch to make it bigger, which is satisfy my needs for which I’m hosting a party of 30 people are more definitely was great I was in and out of the store. Happy with my purchase. I bought some bars before. And I will buy from Bob’s after.
We came to Bob’s after checking out other local furniture stores. We found a very similar set that we liked for a few hundred dollars cheaper. I like how you do not have to get the full set and can take pieces out to save some money. Our sales associate Carolann was very knowledgeable and friendly. They still have candies and ice cream to snack on, but a much smaller selection. The one thing I will agree with a lot of the reviews is they keep pushing the goof proof and extra services. I know they make money on these products, but at a certain point I don’t want to hear about it when I keep saying no. I was reading a few of the reviews and will definitely have to write a follow up after a few months of using the furniture. I bought a couch from them 15 years ago that has moved twice with me and is still functional and comfortable.
We stopped in at Bob’s in search of a smaller scale, traditionally styled upholstered chair for our living room. We found almost exactly what we needed and at a very reasonable price. Bob’s had it in stock and scheduled delivery in about a week. Our salesperson, Dave, was friendly and helpful and gave us plenty of time to browse around the store. All in all, it was an excellent experience.

We went in yesterday and worked with David. We were greeted immediately by the manager Stacey who was extremely helpful and super sweet. We then were helped to the very end by David. David was extremely helpful, full of knowledge & very thorough with explaining the whole process. We did not think going in there we would leave with a purchase, but we are so happy we did! We cannot wait for our new couches! & we had our 2 year old son with us & he loved the cotton candy ice cream ! Very pleased with our experience!!
We have purchased several pieces of furniture from Bobs over the years and were looking for accent chairs for our family room . As usual we were greeted by a sales associate , Chet, and pointed in the direction of what we were looking for. He was patient and attentive. We liked that he was within earshot and available to answer all of our questions without hovering and diving in for the hard sell. I appreciated that our business was wanted and valued without being stalked. He also did a good job of diligently trying to be accurate. The price points, selection and ease of sale are what keeps us returning.
Joe was extremely nice and informative. We placed the order via phone with the store Mgr. Who was also helpful. The invoice reflected a charge for recycling. The mattress ordered was not for pickup up of the old mattress, why was I charged for recycling???
Shopping experience was excellent, sales associate was very knowledgeable regarding the products I reviewed. Buying experience was enjoyable at all levels. Purchase was enjoyable and stress free experience. I recommend Bob's for your furniture needs.
Eric was fantastic. He greeted us upon entering, and immediately took us to the style of furniture that we were looking for. He was able to answer all our questions and give us space and time to discuss our different options.
Bob’s Furniture had the best values for the high quality and workmanship of the leather sectional furniture and recliner and dining set we purchased. We especially enjoyed working with our sales consultant, Patti S. who was very knowledgeable, experienced and led us directly to the specific type, style and color of the furniture I was looking for and they are delivering it within the same week vs longer at other stores.
