This is my third time coming to buy something from this Bob’s store. This time it was a great experience. James was our salesperson he was efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. He even got me on the protection plan. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
From the cleanliness to the well-structured displays when you walk in this establishment really makes you feel the need to look no more because everything you need for your home whether indoor or out, it's applied right there. What makes the atmosphere even more amazing is the incredible staff. I know as a sales representative it's your job to be friendly but the authenticity that we felt when being welcomed in and asked if we needed any help and when being helped, we felt the genuineness. A special shout out to our salesman AlexanderAlex who helped me and my mom when we came into the store last time. He was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for the process was very quick and we were out within 10-15 minutes. All this to simply say if you are looking for furniture and mattress I do highly recommend you go to Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress at the Villa Park location. And ask for AlexanderAlex

J.R. greeted me at the door. I just simply said point me to recliners a small one. He knew exactly what I wanted and sent me upstairs. Just as I made my decision he appeared and asked if I need more help. I said no and purchased the one I wanted. He was so friendly and helpful. I will be back if I need more furniture.
This was a first time visit for my husband and I. Once we entered the store, we were approached by Salesrep Quentin, who introduced himself and then offered assistance. Quentin was appropriately distant, yet always available when we had questions. He was also patient and friendly. We then made our selection/purchase. It was a good experience for us and now consider Bob’s Furniture in Villa Park a definite option for future purchases!
Service by your salesman was excellent. This is the second time we have purchased furniture from Bob's and we were very happy with the first purchase. The living room chair has held up well to everyday use and we look forward to more of the same from this second purchase. Your prices are reasonable and we more than likely be a repeat customer when the need arises
Simone was amazing! Very attentive and sweet. Paid attention to all the little details. Ensured I found exactly what I was looking for and needed! She knew the product extremely well and showed great knowledge in explaining everything!

My salesperson Margarita was amazing. The warehouse guys helped load the items carefully . The price was wonderful at the time But … The outlet bed frame that I purchased was far below standard when it came to what they gave me off the showroom floor missing screws, missing slats, missing slat braces… I will never be purchasing an item from the outlet section again, the item I purchased realistically, wasn’t worth more than $25, other people would probably just throw it out.
