Great service by Tim and the store manager was so nice too! It’s always a pleasant consumer experience to feel welcome in a store. It really makes me want to buy from there … and I did! The process was so easy and quick. It also helps that they had a big selection at prices that were not going to break the bank. Very happy with the experience and will definitely buy from there in the future.

Dealt with both the shipping area for an online order, as well as the sales floor. Mars hopefully that is the correct spelling in receiving was very nice & extremely helpful in loading our couch for us. 5 Herb & Joe helped us out on the sales floor. Both were extremely friendly & helpful in the purchase of our new patio set. We were very impressed and definitely plan on visiting again in the future.

Great selection of furniture at very affordable prices. Herb was a pleasure to work with. He was really friendly and knowledgeable about the couch I was looking for. I didn't feel the typical pressure some other furniture places try to put on you to make the sale. Herb make the transaction easy and enjoyable.

I was greeted as soon as I stepped inside the door. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. I was in and out within 1/2 hour. They had a large inventory to choose from and they were very reasonable. I will go there again for my next piece of furniture.

My husband and I walked in here looking for a sectional couch for our living room. We needed the chaise to be left-facing. To our surprise, you can order ANY couch at this place with the option of left-facing chaise! They also offer a service where someone will come out and clean/repair any damage done to your couch in the future we have three dogs so this was a must. Eric was informative, helpful, and courteous. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for new furniture. Thanks again Eric!

VCF might have just lost a long time customer. Bobs Trumps them hands down. Prices protection plan and delivery. Quality is just as good it not better, And the staff was dope! Eric the guest specialist was very cool. Didn't follow me and my wife around the store the whole time and was very helpful. My sales rep Timothy was awesome.... We felt very welcomed and the atmosphere was nice.He even offered me and my family to go to their in-store cafe to enjoy some coffee and ice cream. We will definitely be going back to purchase more furniture with this company.

Everyone in this building is friendly!! The environment is beautiful and comfy! I kept changing my mind before I made up my mind and they didn't get frustrated with me lol. I would definitely recommend anyone who ask me where should I shop for my home. Just got to Bob's

No pressure sales! Mark provided plenty of detail to assist me in making my decision. Sorry I don't remember the delivery guys name but he was also fantastic in relieving some particular concerns I had about the delivery. It was few weeks between my first then purchase visit. I was amazed by the detail Mark remembered about my first visit. There were 2 other women working that 2nd day I went - I was highly entertained by everyone's sense of humor while they professionally processed my purchase. Makes me want to go back and just hang out!. No, this is not a company as big as other furniture store but they do have a nice selection of quality furniture at reasonable prices.
