Sales associate was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.  Great experience shopping there, love the sectional and I even purchased an area rug.  So excited for the delivery.  Karen KC was my associate and provided great customer service.

I went in to the store Friday night. Was pleasantly greeted and offered some pamphlets.  I said no thank you I am just looking around.  go help someone who is going to buy.  This older female sales rep continued to walk next to me and ask if there is anything specific I was looking for.  I said no I am just filling time, something to do.  She continued try to get me to take the papers zero financing continued  to come at me in this topic. I said no thank you zero financing adds up. I just want to walk around.  I walked away quickly.  She came back around and started at me again, I continued to walk away and she followed me! Telling me I was her customer and she was only doing her job. No thank you I am not buying anything.  I decided to leave as she bellowed you are obviously here for something! And smartly said have a good night when she realized I was walking out the door. Did not bother to turn around.  Can’t a consumer go in and window shop and daydream about saving for something without being hunted? The other reps said hello as I went buy and left me be.  I felt stalked and harassed, and clearly not heard.  What would make me want to go back if you are not going to listen?  Read the room woman and listen to your customer.

Bridget the sales person who greeted us was wonderful.  She was there if we needed help.  She gave us plenty of space to make a decision.  This was our first experience at Bob’s discount furniture and it was awesome.  I shopped online first and when I got there, I ended up buying a completely different living room set.  That is why I was hesitant about buying online.  I’m the type of person that wants to see it and feel the material.  I didn’t get the furniture yet but I’m sure it will be perfect.  Just one issue was that they don't take out the old sofa so being over 65 will be very difficult for me and my husband.  I really hoped that they would help us with that.

They have a decent amount of furniture selection. I went in to help my grandfather pick out a new bed set. We interacted with an associate and the store manager. The associate was nice, but it was a very transactional exchange and didn't seem very personable. The store manager, however, seemed very pleasant and nice. Would still shop here again but would prefer to work with a different associate.

My husband and I made a first time purchase from Bob’s recently. It was a great experience. A salesperson greeted us at the door, offered help, but otherwise allowed us time to browse on our own until we were ready to finalize the purchase. The transaction was a breeze. Delivery was set up for less than a week. Great experience overall.

First time shopping at Bob's it was a pleasant experience the salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable about pieces that went and what I was looking for she picked them out so it's very happy I ended up making my entire purchase yesterday and looking forward to the delivery on Wednesday. I did purchase a 5-year extended warranty so I guess if anything does happen during the movie though can get it take care of. I wouldn't be very very interested and grateful if I could get one of the home sweet home pillows I tried to buy one yesterday and was not successful. Have a great memorial Day weekend and I can't wait till my furniture gets here on Wednesday woohoo

Bridget was super helpful. It took us 3 visits and a few phone calls to make a decision. She really made us feel comfortable with our purchase.  She’s very knowledgeable and helped answer any Questions even when she didn’t know the answer. We can’t wait to get our new mattress and adjustable base.

My wife and I have owned several pieces of Bob's furniture throughout the years and have been pleased with all of them. Many pieces are still in use and lasted well over 5 years. The style we choose is also very modern, and subsequent pieces all match with the original ones. This store is full of friendly associates that are willing to help you if you need. Otherwise, you can freely browse and stop by the cafe for some snacks and coffee. There were plenty of associates to ask questions to as well.  We recently had to replace our sofa owned a Luna sofa for 7 years! they stopped making it though, very sad because the faux leather finally started to peel after our dogs scratched it up. Surprisingly, the padding and frame were all perfect, just the faux leather was peeling. So that's some pretty good quality padding! We came away with a floor model coffee and side table at a very great price. Some minor scratches but could not beat the 50%+ off. Also purchased the Dream sofa set as a replacement. The associate that helped us out, set the delivery up in the following 3 business days. The delivery crew were not only quick, but very respectful of the property.  Included some shots of the sofas and coffee table, as well as the old Luna sofa still in good shape.

Went in on Saturday in search for a dinning room set finally and Ms. K.C made it so easy and seamless she was very informative and explained each item to me very well. I wasn't in there long and walked out with a brand new dinning set that will be delivered to my home this Saturday. Bob's pricing was well and I am so excited to finally have a table and chairs. Will be back for other furniture needs. Thank You K.C
