I went off the side of the road just 1/2 mile away from their shop when we got 20+ inches of snow. I received a $230 bill the next day after the storm was over. They charged me a tow and a $70 storage fee when I couldn’t get my vehicle home due to the storm. I had been going to them in the past for auto repairs but I will never return. They clearly take advantage of customers.
My female college student on a budget is always treated respectfully and BWSG didn’t do unnecessary work. So impressed I’m bringing my car there. Nice, competent, fair people that repair correctly.

Place is a scam, mechanic told me my caliper was leaking and it wasn't as I just replaced it a few months ago and when I questioned him his reply was "oh uhh ok" was also told my rear coils were broken but after further inspection with a different shop I was told they were perfectly fine
