Great experience start to finish. I dealt with Wil. An initial inquiry was followed up with a video created that morning showing what was on the lot relative to my inquiry with a description of the vehicles. Simple, straightforward communications. Price quote that showed the breakdown with no subsequent changes or suprises. This was in contrast to other dealerships that didn't seem to even know what they had on the lot and, when they provided information, it was sometimes wrong; pricing information that was vague on details and so on. In any event, I would not hesitate to work with Hall/Elizabeth City again for any future car purchases.
Will Harsch was SUPER helpful and knew every detail about vehicle he showed us. I was highly impressed about his overall knowledge of Honda, and very thankful he took the time to explain all of the features not only in every model we looked at but also every trim level. If you’re in the market for a vehicle I would absolutely recommend going to see Will!
Let me tell you about the best dealership in town, and all around. I've purchased 3 cars from Hall Honda and each time the customer service exceeds expectations. This is not your average dealership, there are not vultures in the car lot coming to get you when you peek at a car, no one is bugging you to post a 5 star review of a moderate experience, and no one is trying to take your money. Put simply, Hall Honda is just built different. I'm not talking about just the sales side either, the service department is second to none as well. Casey, John and the team all serve as what a model dealership experience should look and feel like. I reached out to Casey twice about cars on the lot at other Hall locations and each time he had the vehicle picked up, delivered, and ready for me at Hall Honda within 24 hrs. The man is a logistical genius. Never once have I been asked to leave a review, and it's almost as if the performance speaks for itself, so that they dont have to go around begging people for them. Folks come back to Hall Honda because it is *the* best. Now, money money money, their team works with you. They don't walk out with a sheet and say sign your life away here... if you have questions, they have answers. Not only do they have answers, they have different members of the team that specialize in titles, insurance, and purchasing the car, so that each question you have is answered by someone who knows what they're talking about, not some joe-smo who's trying to collect a portion of the sale. Lastly, time. If money is not the most valuable thing to you when in the market for a car, time probably is. They are very cognizant of your time, if you can't get there until 6 to look at a car, they'll have it ready and waiting for you when you arrive. I've never had a question not get answered within more than 1 business day. It has taken me on average 2hrs - 2.5hrs with a trade in and test drive to walk out with the keys to my new car. I could go on and on, but I'll be cognizant of your time as well, do yourself a favor and go check out Hall Honda. You won't regret it.
We have bought several vehicles from Hall Honda and Hall Ford here in Elizabeth City and have always enjoyed the experience.. Our latest adventure at Hall Honda was once again top notch!! I bought a car from them nearly a year ago, & had some warranty questions on this visit. I was greeted promptly, & treated respectfully. It had been a long, stressful day, & the salesman took the time to show me how to work their unusual coffee machine free, & I was able to relax with a cup of coffee during a very brief wait. The man that handles warranties sorry, don't recall his name, was patient & helpful with all of my questions. I have had a pleasant experience with Hall Honda, as have other family members. I had never owned a Honda before, but love my HR-V!
Me and my wife hate going to dealerships, we usually use a friend from our home state when buying vehicles. But this time our situation was a little different and I really wanted a Honda Civic. Not once did we feel pressured, or pushed to do anything!!! They worked with us from start to finish and I literally drove off with EXACTLY what I wanted in the price range I wanted. I couldn’t be more happier. Our sales guy Pierre was amazing and his manager Scott was amazing also! We will definitely be back in the near future. Thank you guys for everything!
I purchased my vehicle in 2019 with 3000 miles on it. Of course as soon as my warranty was up I had issues. Took my truck to a couple local shops they kept telling me nothing was wrong with it I did have to pay them for nothing being wrong. Then I had this bright idea to go to the dealership I purchased from. Well they did find out the problem in fact wanted me to pay double than any other repair shop. Also advised me they messed my oil lines up that they we’re waiting on the parts they did fix what they messed up. I was able to get an appointment at a wonderful dealership close to home. Told them not to do the repairs!! After waiting for them to fix what the messed up I was able to get my car out after paying 171.00 for the inspection Showed up to get my truck after working all day to find my vehicle low on oil and barely any coolant. I asked the guy who gave me my keys if my car was good on fluids.. He said he had no idea? I’m glad I was prepared to take care of my vehicle in the pouring rain I took care of it even in the dark. If you want great service don’t go to Hall Honda in EC because they have no idea!!! I will never go there again & I will make sure none of my customers or coworkers go there either!! Besides Deon Bradley isn’t there anymore either!! He made that place pleasant!! Nobody speaks or asks if they can help you. While all the workers were inside I was outside taking care of my vehicle because they obviously didn’t care enough about me or my vehicle. Unbelievable!!!!
Never had bad experience. Very attentive staff, politely answer my questions. Today I have visited to change oil. Was waiting 1 hour which is right time for oil change I think. Thanks John Holman and all other staff who worked on my car today!
In this era of chaos and social tension, it is very refreshing to find and deal with a business that really looks out for their customers. I particularly commend Casey in sales and John in service. they are both friendly, professional and very easy to talk to. I am a long term customer and would recommend this dealership for both sales and service.
