Three-weeks for a mower tune up.Replace battery when it was not needed,and did not replace the belt.They did changed the blades Three hundred dollars. Yep not worth it.

Very good people work there. Always very helpful. Anytime I have ever need anything. Awesome store go check it out.

Bobby Denning owns a property in my neighborhood. Yesterday while I was at work, one of their employees ran over my trash can. The employee did not leave a note or let the people at Bobby Denning know what happened. My neighbor came over and told me what happened. I called Bobby Denning to let them know about the incident and the lady that answered the phone took my information and said she would have someone give me a call. Needless to saw no one called me back. I called them back and the lady said that since the employee did not report the incident and because I didn't have video evidence they would not be replacing my trash can. This says a lot about Bobby Denning. My neighbor saw this happen but they still will not take responsibility for the actions of their employee. Integrity seems to be something that the people at Bobby Denning do not possess. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY OR RENT FROM THEM. I WILL NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH BOBBY DENNING.

This is a great place to buy appliances and anything you you need. I have excellent service everytime I go in. I wanted an appliance out of my price range and they gave me credit to make monthly payments. I'm truly greatful. Not sure why people are rating rentals for a furniture store on here.

We have been renting a home from them for over a year now, wonderful people. We needed them to come out three times for a service and they were here either same day or next day, always called to let us know they're coming. Pay your rent on time, cut the grass like you're supposed to do and dont trash the property and you wont have any issues. Highly recommend them as the landlord and for all other business.

The staff there is extremely rude and very unprofessional. Especially the Hispanic ladies working there. They yell at their customers and cut them off mid sentence. I dread making my payment every month. Just very horrible service. You’re beater off purchasing from Furniture Fair..and that is saying something.

These people are terrible when inconveniences come along. Will NOT EVER RECOMMEND these people for any parties! They are so rude and will not work with you for anything.

Drivers you will need to keep checking your trailer to see if you are empty. According to Maria receiving clerk, is not her job to tell drivers they are empty. Or maybe she was upset I didn’t help assist to unload trailer. Which I wouldn’t had gotten payed for. She should have asked me nicely and I would had been glad to help unload there GE products.

The lady was super nice and help me out a lot by giving me a chance to rent a place when I needed one I would tell anybody to go by and see the people that work there they're all great
