I have ordered from here a few times. Mostly because it is convenient to where I live. Food has been cold to Luke warm at best on almost every occasion. Have been told 25 min for carryout every time that I have ordered, and it has always been over 30. My wife has ordered from them on occasion for lunch, since she is a stay at home mom with 3 kids it's easy to order delivery instead of packing up the kids. On the 2 occasions that she has ordered they have forgotten something. Called to place an order tonight at 6:40 for carryout, was told it would be 35 to 40 minutes. Showed up at 7:15 thinking under promise but over deliver and was told that one of the things I ordered they were out of which didn't surprise me from previous orders they are out of a lot. At 740 I walked up to the window and told them that I did not want the food anymore that it took entirely to long. Instead of a simple apology and maybe offering me something she tried to convince me that it was coming out right then but I still refused it. She gave me a dirty look and said well you can still have the food because I will just have to throw it the trash. Not only does the service suck the food is bland and it was the worst customer service that I have experienced. Hope they get something figured out..
Me and my friends decided to order here when my buddy was coming into town. He’s from far up north so I planned on treating him to classic southern cooking. Upon ordering the food we were told that there would be about 30 minutes until it arrived. Me and my friends were completely fine with this. Roughly an hour later we receive a phone call from the delivery crew saying they don’t know where our hotel is, apparently the address was written down wrong and rather than calling me they decided to wait at the incorrect address for someone to walk out. After this my buddy offers to go down and buy the food. We’ve already done the math and have the orders price 25 dollars leaving room for about a 2.80 tip. However when he gets there they tell him that the order was thirty dollars. He pays in cash, grabs the food and returns to us. We look over the receipt and realize that the only way this could have been 30 dollars was if we were paying for an extra meal, by this point we were all annoyed and hungry so we just ate the food without calling in.
If you call and the line is busy you get a generic-style voicemail greeting. What it doesn't tell you is that you can either leave a message for them to call you back or they'll call you back once they're off the line and will get your order. Nevertheless, I was glad to have a non-pizza delivery option. The weather was terrible so the delivery was delayed. I thought that meant they would still leave the restaurant 4.4 miles away with hot food but it would be a little while until they did so. In reality I think the driver took several orders and then drove all over in the driving rain until he got to me. My food was cold. I had potato salad, a burger, and potato wedges. They were kind enough to leave the mayo and ketchup on the side in the little dishes with lids. BUT they didn't put napkins or silverware in the bag so I'm stuck in a hotel room with no way of getting the mayo on the burger or the potato salad in my belly. I managed to heat my food up despite the styrofoam container and I used a hotel towel for a napkin. I just threw away the potato salad and squeezed the little cup until I got as much mayo out as possible. It was still a good burger and wedges at a great price.
