Nothing better my dad was getting an infection and he leg was horrible, I took him to a hospital that I don't wanna mention with 2.9 star in sample next to that big road, he came here and his leg like a miracle, now is better, he get tuna sandwich and they treat him so well, the wait time was a little to much in the emergency room, but it was worth it, the people are very nice the doctors and the nurse are cool, nurse Dias and Jessica and another Italian nurse Mary, oh yes and the emergency room nurse Andrea wow ! Amazing! They treat you here so good, turkey sandwich and tuna, the doc a little to passionate, but that good because they care, of there people and they cool I promise you that, they won't ask you to leave just because is late, because nothing better then be with your family! That there top priority, the individual! Recommend 100% oh and by the way, be careful with parking, I park in the emergency area and when I left i had to walk like a mile to come back after my dad was admitted to the hospital, bummer, just walk the the building side, because it takes you straight to the emergency parking building, or just let your love one go to the hospital and you park your care in the hospital building. Thank you , anything that happens I take my dad here, hopefully nothing yet, but you never know.
Just gave birth to my baby girl and have to say the treatment in their maternity ward was AMAZING! It was 5 star service with the most compassionate nurses and staff! I drove out of the way to come to this hospital and it was worth it! Thank you for taking care of my family! You all are very appreciated!
Excellent staff at cardiac CT unit. In particular Noreen had an awesome patient rapport,was very well trained, knowledgeable and compassionate. The technician loaded past CT scan discs I brought and the radiologist compared prior and current which was so helpful. It was a comforting experience from check in to completion! All staff were so competent. Hardly any wait time. All questions answered. I haven’t seen this lately in the medical modalities!!
I want to thank everyone at this hospital for the wonderful care my mother received. After being admitted here from two horrible facilities one being a nightmare rehab, the other being a nearby known "Medical Center" in Delray, she finally received good, compassionate, and efficient care. The staff is responsive, the nurses actually answer, and the doctors have all helped my mom to finally get home today after three horrid weeks. Truly excellent care from the moment she arrived in the ER until her discharge today. Thank you!!
This is my first time at Boca Regional hospital and my experience was amazing, from the entrance to exiting. I was welcomed and directed to where I needed to go. The front desk employee was very nice and informative forgot his name. Staff was top tier I felt comfortable and safe. Thank you to the Nurses that helped me and special big Thanks to Dr.Joseph Colletta.
I had an outpatient procedure at the hospital and everything went smoothly with a caring and professional staff. I was greeted at the valet area by Gloria who immediately provided a wheel chair and took me through every step of the admitting process. I was taken at 7:30 am right on time, blood work and x-rays were done immediately prior to the procedure and everything moved smoothly in efficient lock step. I am extremely grateful to the entire staff at the hospital for their care, kindness and expertise.
I just gave birth here and all I can say is everyone was amazing. The nurses the doctors the midwives. I wish I could thank everyone individually. Everyone was so sweet and nice and made my birth experience wonderful. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful delivery.
I had Full Hip replacement surgery yesterday and all went great! The staff gave me an A+ for how well I am up and moving already. I give the nurses and all hospital staff an A+ for the quality of care they provided to me during this difficult time. I highly recommend this hospital to everyone!
The entire hospital staff from entering the hospital through exiting were helpful every step of the way. The hospital is under construction, as you know...making getting around a bit more difficult..Yet the staff made it as smooth as possible around each and every turn. The MRI staff was fast and friendly and very helpful too! Overall, my experience was a very good one from beginning until the end!
I’ve never personally had to stay or be treated in this hospital. However, people very close to me have. Back in early 2022, my girlfriend came in with extreme abdominal pain unaware of what was wrong. While they did diagnose her problem and she got treated for it, she was essentially never seen. She was nearly alone in the waiting room for well over an hour before she was called in for a bed. After that, it took another 2-3 hours for her to get an IV because the nurse said she didn’t need an IV. She eventually got one but when she would press the emergency button for something as simple as a bathroom request being that she was hooked up to said IV, they didn’t come for 30 minutes. While it was nothing emergent, it’s still beyond unacceptable to not get a response for an emergency button when a patient in an ER calls for help urgently. This all happened from around 11:15pm until around 5am. Also, they never took her insurance even though she sent it to them numerous times. I thought I wouldn’t have to hear about this place again until my girlfriend’s best friend went back to that same ER a few weeks ago also in severe abdominal pain. She thought it was for one condition and they ran some tests but didn’t run the one that would diagnose the problem correctly. She was then discharged with no answer. I wish google maps would make it possible to write 0 star reviews because this place deserves it. These incidents were over a year and a half apart and it’s clear nothing has changed. In 2 separate occasions I’ve been beyond disappointed with the way this hospital is run and it need DRASTIC change.
