Eric Mabie’s passion comes from his personal journey in wellness. After a serious accident, he was forced to learn how to properly rehabilitate his body through nutrition, stress management, and exercise. These are the same techniques we use today at Bodies By Design to help address our clients' concerns at their roots. When you visit us, you’ll start with a free consultation where we’ll analyze your case to create a custom program tailored to you. From there, we’ll do whatever it takes to help you achieve your goals in dynamic one-on-one or small-group sessions.
