As a personal trainer, I am here to motivate you, to hold you accountable, and to celebrate your long term success.
I'm Eddie Craven, a certified personal trainer from the nationally recognized Cooper Institute in Dallas, TX. I train all groups including competitors, senior citizens, runners, pregnant women, and those trying personal training for the very first time.
I can incorporate all types of fitness goals into a personalized training session for each client: weight loss, nutritional counseling, resistance training, cardio training, functional training, strength & conditioning training.
At Bodies by Eddie Craven, I know that you may have obstacles that prevent you from reaching your fitness goals. I am here to help you overcome those hurdles to reach and maintain your peak fitness potential.
My training philosophy is to utilize appropriately tailored training methods to improve your fitness while creating lifestyle changes to sustain your progress. As a personal trainer, I am here to motivate you, to hold you accountable, and to celebrate your success. Our training sessions will be exciting and challenging in order to help you reach your goals and cultivate a habit of fitness.
Prices for personal training:
$450/month (up to six 30-minute sessions per week - Monday - Saturday)
$675/month (up to six 60-minute sessions per week - Monday - Saturday)
If a per session basis is preferred: $40 per 30-minute session (purchase 10 sessions at a time)
If a per session basis is preferred: $55 per 60-minute session (purchase 10 sessions at a time)
For all new clients I offer 1 free consultation/training session
For all clients that sign up for 2 months (or more) of training I offer free nutrition counseling & meal plan
If a client would like to train with a training buddy/friend, I can facilitate accountability training
