Place is always clean and quiet. Bob is an amazing trainer. He meets you where you are at. He pushes you enough to wanna come back to see him. He is also a kind hearted man and very respectful. Thanks Bob
I enjoy the workouts, not going to say they are easy. I go there to be challenged and keep my strength. Weights, cardio, balance... or what ever you want. Bob will customize a routine just for you. Best 1/2 hour of the day.
