Body Burn Women's Fitness Center

This used to be a great gym, unfortunately all the good trainers have left. I believed enough in this gym 2 years ago to make a video for them. Since then it has gone down hill. I no longer go there. Please don't believe his videos, long time members are leaving. One of the 5 star ratings is by owner.

Repeatedly tried charging my credit card even though we never made a payment arrangement. Daythan is so unprofessional it’s ridiculous. I asked him multiple to shred and delete all of my info and told him I no longer wanted to hear from him. He lied numerous times and I ended up having to change my credit card due to his negligence. He said he wasn’t trying to charge me even though I’d get notified every couple days he was attempting to do so. I notified swipe which is his company and they told me themselves he was fraudulently trying to charge my card. I am still receiving emails from him to this day even after he’s said he had none of my info any longer. This man is bad news and straight up liar.

I wrote a bad review for Body Burn and this a update on what took place. Daythan N. two workers Judy Burnette & Brandie Justice...first came to my facebook page being unprofessional. Judie taled bad about a former client? ...because she invited me to Le Body Shop a competitor. Later, Daythan comes & does the same...but he never offered to resolve our issue...later he did SAY he would resolve it BUT NEVER got back to me. He kept coming to my facebook page being unprofessional and commenting about things that were said in my review...He states that he was from Pakistan & how his race know "real" racism because I stated how i thought he, Judy B. & Brandie J. stalled out my 15 day deadline by refusing to return any attempts i made to contact them for a refund & how i couldnt help but to think that if my skin had been a different tone they wouldve got back to me in a more professional fashion. I went to Body Burn for 2 weeks but Judy told me via my facebook page that i only came once & that i couldn't have a refund because my name on my debit card and facebook page were different...you know...pretty much rubbing salt in the wound of no giving a refund. I had a few comments from black women stating that they felt the same way...$190 down the drain from a fake promotion 6 weeks free-i paid for a month membership...that i never got to use...and that the end of that. I really feel like i got played because im black...no joke. Why? Because in the beginning i wasmt asking for a refund and they were refusing to contact me, a calm, polite, black female, paying customer....who was plannimg to pay for a year membership glad I didnt...anorher reason why i feel it was prejudice in the situation...if i DID miss the free 6weeks...tell me i missed it...but remind me that i did pay for a month membership. Bottom line Daythan was rude, prejudice towards me and so were his female workers Judy Burnette & Brandie Justice...they way they ran to his rescue to be rude to me...made me rhink they all sleep together...I'm a female & I know & seen those types. Enjoy that $190 #BodyBurnWomensFitness....i hope all white and Pakistani ppl aren't like you 3...duces

Love body burn great bunch of people the trainers are awesome if you want to lose 10 or 50 pounds great place to start .
