Description
Our philosophy is to address the core while focusing on your chief complaint and localized symptoms for injuries to the extremities and spine. We utilize manual therapy, laser, pilates equipment, kinesio tape and patient education as primary resources for treatment. You will receive concentrated 1 hour of therapy one on one with an experienced physical therapist.
After a thorough evaluation, we individualize your program to meet your needs and help you achieve a more dynamic body, return you to your activities and lifestyle.We specialize in helping people of all ages from the young athlete to the retired active person, silicon valley type A to the typical couch potato.
When surgery has been required, we help you quickly and efficiently regain and exceed your pre-surgical status.

"We are Pilates based Physical Therapy Services. Our goal is to help clients achieve a more dynamic body. We offer 1:1 appointments for 1 hour. Strong functional base of care utilizing manual therapy, and neuromuscular techniques, with some modalities such as e-stim, micro current, taping, and laser as indicated. Immediate improvement is our desired impact from day 1 of treatment.We bill insurance for you, as out-of network providers. We also offer cash discounts for those who self-insure or have high deductibles.In the Pilates studio, our instructors are available for individual and small group classes utilizing balanced body equipment and following the Joseph Pilates method.Please call for more information. 408-402-3228"
