Massage Therapy & Reiki
I work with a variety of clients ranging from children to 90+ years old. I have training in sports massage, relaxation, therapeutic, orthopedic, post-surgical and rehab massage. I am a Reiki Master Teacher. The best way I can describe Reiki is that it heals from the inside of your body out while massage therapy heals from the outside in. I use both in most sessions when warranted and have seen amazing results.
