If your interested in joining a class the schedule is above! Your first class is ALWAYS free, so come join us anytime to see what we are all about!
We offer women's group fitness boot camp style circuit classes. We do a mixture of cardio, weight training, body weight exercises, boxing, TRX suspension, and much more. We have tires, battle ropes, punching bags, kettle bells, weights, pull-up bars, you name it. We aim to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Classes are always changing so your body is never getting used to doing the same things. We are a group of women that motivate and encourage each other to accomplish what our minds tell us we can't.
Class times are listed above. Pricing is as follows:
$5 drop-in classes (up to 5 per month, beyond that, we ask that you please sign up for a monthly package)
$50 per month for two classes per week (with this option, you can come to Saturday class free if there is availability)
$65 per month for unlimited

At Body Project Fitness, we aim to empower women to love themselves right where they are, enough to want to take care of their bodies and be the best and healthiest version of themselves they can be. We do not advocate body shaming as a means to motivate women to change. Instead, to love yourselves enough to want to take care of your bodies through healthy eating and regular exercise.
