We have a variety of packages for both Memberships and Personal Training Sessions. Please call to inquire. Memberships are NOT needed for Personal Training or Classes offered.

Spinning: M,W-6 AM
Peloton Spinning: Every Hour on the Hour
Barre Fit Class: M & W-5:30 pm, T & F-8:30 am
Yoga: Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30 pm
Veg Out Classes: Tuesdays-7 pm
6 Week Boot Camp: M,W-5:30 pm, T,Th-5 am As Scheduled
5 Week Boot Camp: M,T,TH-8:30 am As Scheduled
