I've been a client for almost 10 years, from the beginning I've felt highly cared for, staff is excellent, outstanding customer service. Over the years I'd had conditions needing treatments, procedures or products, their recommendation for those have always worked exactly as they said it would, I completely trust their recommendations, I'm not pressed to purchase products I don't need. Estheticians are very knowledgeable, I'm updated with the latest technology and new products related to my concerns. The have nearly no staff turnover, that, says a lot about a facility. Self online scheduling is very easy to navigate. Prices are fair and appropriately for the area and their excellent service. I just got this line, I love it!
Very comfortable setting and the staff is great. Alex was awesome to deal with throughout the treatment cycle. She explained everything in detail, so I knew what to expect as our sessions progressed. I highly recommend her.
It is my first time getting laser hair removal and Alex here has been amazing! She is very patient, keeps checking in throughout the process and does a great job of ensuring I’m comfortable and that the procedure is going as per my pace. She’s very professional and so is this business in general. I started out with a different person who was absolutely amazing. However, due to last minute scheduling difficulties I got Alex and have stuck with her ever since. I genuinely believe they are great at their jobs and would highly recommend this place.
Alex is great! She’s done laser treatments and micro needling, definitely cares about her clients and their needs. Stacie is also wonderful, has been attentive to my needs! I have had a great experience seeing Alex for laser hair removal. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and overall amazing! I am 3/6 sessions and am seeing great results, which I was concerned about given my lighter hair color. Alex was helpful and honest during my consultation on what areas would and wouldn’t work given my hair color in different body areas. The process is so quick and painless from check in to scheduling my next appt. The front staff are very organized, fast, and friendly. 10/10 would recommend Alex and Bodylase for laser hair removal!

Stacie is awesome and I recommend her for any service especially if injections are involved. She is very skilled and has the experience and expertise to know just where everything should go. She also knows what products work the best for whatever your issue is. Very happy with every visit and I highly recommend!
