Hester is a skilled practitioner in the art of sound bath meditation. She is also a very knowledgeable health coach. Hester presented her sound bath meditation workshop at 2 of my retreat this past summer and fall. She also hosts a monthly workshop at my studio One Mind Yoga Issaquah. I've been to Meditation workshops before like yoga nidra, but her sound baths are like nothing I have ever experienced It's a full mind, body, emotional reset. Hester is treating my daughter for food sensitivities and her eczema with great success. My daughter finds working with Hester to be very comfortable and supportive, which is so important for a teenage girl. I could go on and on about how amazing and professional Hester is, but you should experience her gifts for yourself!

Two words I would use to describe Hester is absolutely amazing! She has been my health coach for the last 5 months and the problem I had at the start of my sessions has been significantly reduced to pretty much gone with her help. Each session she was very positive and supportive and some sessions we would do guided meditations, which really helped me get through some emotional hurdles and helped me look at myself in a more positive light. All in all, I 100% recommend Hester if you're looking for a knowledgeable health coach that is invested in seeing you healthy, happy, and thriving in your life.

Hester is a lovely human being, from the inside out, and I feel blessed to have her as one of my health practitioners. I met her at an Intro to Ayurveda and Sound Bath class and was so impressed with her spirit and knowledge that I signed up to work with her on my autoimmune issues. The work we have done together has been a big part of my ability to control my migraines and joint pain. The diet, supplements, and lifestyle changes recommended by Hester have helped me reduce my pain and create a healthier life. I highly recommend Hester to anyone looking for ways to improve their health...and their overall happiness!
