We are a wellness group with a fitness mission. Our core belief is that balanced nutrition and a solid fitness regimen is the key to overall health and wellness, and ultimately, a life that is satisfying.
“Keeping it simple” is our execution style, as we operate off of a program suggesting 3 days of weight training and 5 days of cardio each week. This, coupled with our equally simple rule of thumb, “Burn more than you eat,” has lead thousands to great success at BodyTrac Health & Fitness.
