Our food is cooked and prepared at the restaurant every day. We are not a fast food restaurant so it does take a little extra time to get the food warm to serve our customers. We have ribs, pulled pork, brisket, smoked chicken and BBQ beef, we also serve sandwiches, po-boys, salads, lunch/dinner plates, family meals and have appetizers on our dinner menu. Our sides are baked beans, potato salad, cole slaw, green beans, green salad and a vegetable of the day. We can also do catering so give us a call and let us know how we can help. I went to the Culinary School in New Orleans and worked under Slade and Allison Rushing at MiLa restaurant located at the Renaissance Hotel in New Orleans. It has always been a dream to one day open a restaurant and cook one of our favorite foods which is BBQ; so that's how we came about with Bogalusa BBQ... I am happy to have my wife, Jennifer, working with me at the restaurant...
