The Bohemian Cemetery is a non-profit, non-sectarian cemetery. It is one of Omaha’s early cemeteries, having been established in 1883 by Czech immigrants. The cemetery has been in continuous operation since its founding. There are over 7,000 interments in the Bohemian Cemetery. All are welcome.
The cemetery grounds are open daily from 8 am - 5 pm year round. Closing hours are extended during the summer to 8 pm.
The Resident Caretaker is in charge of day-to-day operations and is usually available Mon-Fri from 8 am - 4 pm. Please call in advance.
