This place was clean and comfortable and above all the food was fresh and amazing. One of the best fast food fried chicken places I've visited. The sides and dessert were excellent! Biscuits don't even need any toppings.
Service could be much better. Drive thru employees aren't very welcoming. Most of the time the order is just pushed out the window to you. Only been here a good handful of times and the order is messed up a good 3 out of 5 times. Small things, like being given fries when mashed potatoes were ordered, or the food tasting old as if it were re-dipped. Other times, it is pretty good
We order family meal with fried chicken, Cajun fries, biscuits and Cole slaw. Food is so delicious, hot and fresh. Biscuits are warm, fluffier, not dry at all. Fried chicken are crispy, hot and juicy. Very friendly staff and clean store. We really have a good time here.
The food is always fresh but they always forget something in my order. It has happened at least three times in the past. I ordered a tailgate and they forgot one of my sides. Then they forgot one of my breakfast items twice. Always double check your bags when you order from this location.
We waited forever in the drive thru at like 7:30pm. I would say a good 10 min for a salad and 2 piece meal. And it was kind of cold.. I normally come it the morning and it is always great! Love Bo rounds!!! Update 4/13/19 So ya service here still sucks!!! Was in the drive thru and make us pull around to the front to wait for are food, no one was behind us. It has been like 10 and still no food !!! Go somewhere else
Came here to pick up something for my mom who lives nearby. I ordered her a cajun chicken biscuit combo. Simple, two items plus drink. Drive-thru was EMPTY when I pulled up. For whatever reason, I was asked to pull around front and wait. For two items. Weird. Anyway, cars began to pile up behind me as we all waited for our food. The person behind me who ordered after me with a MUCH larger order was given their food before me. Seriously??? I was out there waiting over 10 minutes for a small and simple order. Staff was nice, but after they gave the car behind me their order, they asked me what I ordered. Did y'all forget my order? I was first in line! Never again. Get it together folks.
My friend and I went here yesterday evening. When we pulled into the lot he said it this might not be good because there is no customer, but we decided to go in anyway. As we walked in the manager was coming from behind the counter with a plate of fries; my friend asked how fresh was the chicken, she said it had come out about 10 minutes ago so we preceded to the counter; one of the employees asked what was the question, so he was asked the same as the manager and then the employee stated oh, it came out 2 minutes ago; we stated wow that is a big difference in time. So, the employee said well I can give you a leg to try the manager did not agree after she came back behind the counter to get her a chicken breast, but in the end she did. It was boarder line fresh, but all the sides appeared as if they had been sitting all day, so we asked for an order of freshly cooked fries. Had I felt like driving back, it would had been to take those re-cooked fries back that were not freshly cooked as requested. This is really sad, being a former small business restaurant owner, I would had never service my customers this way. Now, the manager and the 5 employees working were nice, but the quality and the appearance of the food for the price was not satisfactory at all.
Avoid this place like the plague. ALWAYS OUT OF FOOD. Tell you 3 minutes for biscuits, 12 minutes later they bring you your food...not a soul inside, cars backed up 4 deep all the time or parked waiting on something. Never get orders right, they always claim they are short-staffed....then close the damn doors, and shut it down. Real shame, Bojangles is one of the best foods out there, but customer service is negative 10.
You're flipping a coin when you visit this location. On one side, the food is fresh and hot, your order is correct, and the employees are friendly. On the other side, the food is barely edible, your order is all wrong, the food takes forever to get to you, and the employees are rude and/or indifferent. It's up to you if you want to take a chance.
This is the only true fast food place I enjoy eating at, they never get my order wrong, and whilst having the fastest service they have the freshest quality food. Prices aren't too bad, and staff always make me chuckle. Perfect place for family on a Sunday morning after church, or even to pick up and bring home. Totally recommend this company, and location of this franchise.
