Bojangles'
"Bojangles’ began in 1977 and saw an opportunity to develop a quick-service restaurant chain based on three attributes: a distinctive flavor profile; wholesome, high-quality products made from scratch; and a fun, festive restaurant design with fast, friendly service. Bojangles’ core menu is : distinctive, flavorful chicken made with a special blend of seasonings and served with hot, fresh buttermilk biscuits and one-of-a-kind fixin’s like Bojangles’ Dirty Rice and Bojangles’ Cajun Pintos. Bojangles’ light, buttery, made-from-scratch biscuits serve as the basis for the best breakfast in the industry."

Chicken restaurant with unique sauce flavors. The key here is to douse your chicken in these sauces, that's what this place is all about. On it's own, the chicken sandwich I got wasn't as good as other chicken restaurants. But adding it to the sauces was awesome. The tater tots were great too. Staff was really nice and the place was clean.
Service was fast but the food was a sad excuse for Bojangles quality. I gotten the chicken supreme combo. I haven’t had bojangles in 2 months from traveling. Finally find a location and the food was bad. I couldn’t even finish this. I ended up throwing it away. A dog would probably give up on this. The Fries tasted dry and hard like they’ve been sitting for hours. The Chicken was the same way. Dry and hard. I asked for fresh fries. Saw them take a fresh cooked load from the fryer and these still tasted hard and dry. Also burnt tasting like they left them in the fryer too long. The chicken as well. How hard is it to cook something with a computer timing it. Take the fries out the fryer sooner. The only thing that tasted great was the drink. Never coming back to this location. Need to replace this crew too since they don’t know how to cook.
First time eating at Bojangles was good. Had to wait about 5 minutes to place my order as they seemed shorthanded unfortunately typical most places right now. The gal taking orders was also finishing out the plates and calling them out so she had to play catchup to the orders already placed ahead of mine. I ordered the 5 piece chicken tender with fries with a side of mac and cheese and a side of mashed potatoes. The tenders were very tender and had good flavor, I tried 4 different dipping sauces, the peach honey pepper was by far my favorite . The mac and cheese was really good, mashed potatoes were good for fast food. My son had the biscuits and gravy which he enjoyed. I thought they were really good as well. Overall I recommend Bojangles, spent $25 and fed 3 of us.
Well, my first time buying the family this friend chicken for dinner through the drive through, the kids working in there were starting me down and checking me out. Once we opened the 8-piece box, it only had 6 pieces in it. I won't be going back. :Food: 3/5
First time eating here. Chicken was great had a bit of spice in the batter. Green beans had a small smoking flavor ,pretty good too. Loved the blueberry biscuits.Food: 5/5
I had high expectations for Bojangles chicken some big YouTubers Rhett and Link really recommend it, but we didn't find it to be anything that special. Chicken was expertly cooked and juicy, just lacked some extra flavour. The sides we had potatoes, macaroni and a few others just didn't seem that special.Food: 3/5
20220721 Stopped by today to get my pups more chicken. The same young lady was at the drive thru. She's very nice and checked to make sure both orders are dark meat. I ordered 2 3-piece dark meat today, because my chunky pup ate all 3 pieces last night leaving none for my slender pup. Today, they are too tired to eat. I had a drumstick and it was delicious. I really like the string beans with fried onion on top. I have eaten at Bojangles in NC, SC, and VA, and dint remember the green beans being this good!! The Mac and cheese is expected... yummy! 20220720 My dogs approved! I always pick up Bojangles for my dogs whenever I'm near one. So happy to see Bojangles in KY!! The young lady at the drive thru was very nice and helpful. I ordered 3 piece dark meat, and I asked that she double check the chicken in the box to make sure it's dark meat because my dogs won't eat white meat. I didn't want to risk finding out they gave me the wrong chicken when I get back to the hotel. She was so nice to check, and one of my pups ate both pieces of thighs and the leg. I had the sides as always.
We always visit a Bojangles when we're in the south; we're from West Michigan and we don't have a Bojangles so it's a treat. The food here was excellent. We waited a while before we could order, but our food came out really fast. The decor could use a face-lift. The staff were friendly and apologetic for the wait. We would come back next time when we're passing through. Kid-friendliness: Easy kids meals. Perfect size portions.
Ordered the 2 piece chicken combo selecting French fries for both of my sides. I waited for approximately 10 minutes to get my food. The reason I found out for the wait was simply BISCUITS. I ordered for dine in and I saw my order prepared in front of me and it sat on the counter while they waited for the biscuits to finish cooking. Evidently there wasn't enough common sense to give me my order and bring out the biscuit when it was ready or to wait to prepare it when the biscuits were done. As expected my French fries were cold and when I went back they gave me 2 more sides of fries that were you guessed it also cold. I went back to the counter a 3rd time and was given 1 side of fries that had 3 yes THREE french fries that were hot and the rest were cold. To make matters worse I was given the spicy chicken, it's temperature was hot but I can't eat much spicy food. I got tired of trying to get what I paid for at this point and just left the building. I like BoJangles and this is the only location anywhere near my travels so I will be back and they will get my order correct and served hot or I'll be asking the manager for a refund. FYI Tiffany was the manager on duty at the time of my visit. **parting thoughts ** When I asked for fresh cooked fries and said that I would wait for them to cook I was told that "These just came up". Y"all need to start treating customers with respect. I can tell as most people can if food is fresh or not and in case you didn't notice - I was standing in front of you at the counter the ENTIRE TIME you were getting my order and ONE other customer's order ready. It's very easy to see the French Fry bin from the counter and there was nothing fresh added to it at all.
Service was slow as Christmas. But food was pretty good. If you was doing the drive thru you can get service. But walking in the door they do not care about you. I asked for one thing and was given something else. But since I wasn't charged I couldn't complain other than it wasn't what I wanted.Food: 5/5
