This location of bojangles was my favorite out of any other location and I've been eating feom here for about year now and today was the worst!!!!! I've ordered 8 piece family meal and asked for 6 pieces thighs and 2 wings.. but I received 2 breast, for thighs and 2 legs.. I don't eat white meat of chicken and second the skin used to be crispy gold but today it was brown and dried.. I've been a kitchen staff before and this chicken was definitely out for quiet a time plus oil tasted old... I really don't know what happened to this location but maybe new manager or no manager.. I will try one more time next week and if this stays the same... I don't know what to say..
Drive thru this morning. I ordered a Cajun filet biscuit with egg and cheese as well as a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Neither biscuit came with egg. However I was only charged for egg on the Cajun filet. Cajun filet biscuits filet was barely larger than a chicken supreme. Photo shows a 7 dollar biscuit. The biscuit was larger than the filet
My husband went in there today and waited 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Then gave him the wrong sandwiches after waiting. And didn’t get his Bo rounds that he ordered either. There was only 1 other person in there. New management = poorly run!Food: 1/5
Went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 leg and thigh meals for what should’ve been $8.99 each according to the menu. Says it includes 2 sides, biscuit AND Large drink. It rang up at $11.48 per meal. When I asked about charging me $8.99 like was advertised on the menu, the first girl was like “I don’t know why our menu is off”. Some other lady said it didn’t include the large drink but you can ADD a large drink. I argued that it didn’t and I know what I read off the menu. They refused to change the price. This is 2nd time in a row that has happened to where I was charged more than what was advertised. Not coming here again. Customer service is terrible!
I don't know the name of the gentleman who was working the drive through last Thursday afternoon, but he was on point with providing EXCELLENT service! We felt like he went above and beyond for that of a drive thru employee and if he's not already, he should be in management!
Our cashier, Greg, was so friendly and helpful, not just to us but to everyone who came in during our visit. Our food was also better than at our local Bojangles. So nice! We'll definitely make a point to return, since we travel this route regularly.Food: 5/5
It's a Bojangles. So the food is what you expect. Which is better than most fast food breakfast options. They must be short staffed like every other fast food place because the wait was frustrating, but thats just the way it is these days it seems. I have similar experiences at Taco Bell. Maybe if we paid people better living wages in the service industry... So don't necessarily blame them for adding 40 minutes to my journey home
We went inside to grab a to go order and the 3 ladies inside were doing the work of 6 or 7. They were super friendly, the coordination between running the drive through and front register at the same time as well as building the biscuits was poetry in motion. Well done! Those ladies deserve a bonus!Food: 5/5
Do not waste your time or money on this location. They only give you half of your food that you payed for. This location is a fraud. They charge you for food then give you half your order. The employees walk around like there strung out on dope. The managers treat you like your garbage. Do not recommend this place at all.Food: 1/5
Well door dashing, I waited here for more than 20 minutes for one small order. I asked several times how much longer and was continuously told just a few more minutes. If you’re in a hurry, go somewhere else.
