They continually strive to improve ...from national conventions to customer service. I have fine, thin hair, but my hair looks like a million bucks. Thank you Holly!

Cheryl, the owner has done my hair for years. It's always great. Today I "forgot" my appointment and she worked me in. I never forget my appointments, I look forward to them, Friendly, flexible staff. Good for men, & children

Michelle is excellent and accommodating. She's the reason my 87 year old mother continues to go back to Bon Cher. However, a dedicated phone person or just some customer service training is needed. When I called to schedule an appointment for my mom recently, the girl who answered could not have been LESS helpful with answers to questions I asked. Had we been first time customers, I would've hung up and gone elsewhere.

This place is a very well-kept secret. It is a small, family-type place where you feel like you are among friends every time you walk in! The stylists are fabulous and really know what they are doing! I hesitated to post this review because if word gets out, they will have to move and grow!

Everyone here does amazing work!! I'm very indecisive with my hair and when I am looking for something new I can always count on Holly to have the best idea! Never ceases to amaze and perform to exceeding standards!

Went here as a teenager to get my hair dyed brown, it turned out black and I came back and had to get it stripped. 4 hours later I got home and realized that my hair looked just as black.... I went to someone else after that. Thought I might give them another shot since it’s been awhile and they are close to me. I Called and asked if they had anyone to do a last minute shampoo and trim, the woman on the phone laughed. A simple no would have sufficed. Unprofessional... needless to say, I’ll take my business elsewhere

I got my teenager kids haircut here. My daughter also got highlights. Michelle and Amber were the stylists. They both did a wonderful job! I am going to start getting my hair done here too!
