Our qualified staff consists of Joseph Bonafine, owner, and Nicole Aiken, who manages the store and heads the on-site repair department. Joseph is a graduate of Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts and the Gemological Institute of America, Santa Monica, California. Nicole was trained and graduated from the area's best and oldest trade school in the country, North Bennett Street School, Boston, Massachusetts.
