Only three reasons its getting 4 stars. The bus had plugs for you to plug up your charger but none of them worked, there was a weird homles guy trying to ride for free holding up my second bus and it wasn't dirty but could be a little cleaner I wouldn't eat on those buses I don't think your supposed to anyways. But other than that bus drivers are awesome and they give great service! I will be using this bus system again.

I gave them three stars because they are very good about keeping to their schedule however this is not a bus service where someone in a wheelchair can access Transportation

Incomplete rating due to closure of service apparently in Fall River and New Bedford due to COVID; have not received a response from company verifying their intentions.

TERRIBLE customer service! About the 3rd time I did not get on the bus due to them overbooking in woods hole by selling tickets from through an outside agent not aware of how many tickets have already been sold. BEWARE of purchasing tickets from here if you have concrete plans that can't be shifted. Unethical and terrible customer service.

I take Peter pan bus line at least once a month and I love it driver's are awesome

Comfortable seats and usually reliable usually reliable transportation except during snow day cancellations.

No worries clean efficient travel means..
