My wife got the dynamite salmon which is salmon with lump crab mushroom and spinach on the top and it was the by far best thing on the table. I got grilled steak and shrimp with fries and coleslaw. Good grill marks on the meats! Plus everything was big so I was stuffed by the end. Thank you again to the staff for good table service as well. We had a great time and the value is good so I'd recommend this place to most anyone who likes seafood.
Got the Chicken Marsala, cole slaw, green beans, and an unsweetened tea. Everything was delicious, amazing flavor chicken perfectly charred, ginger in the Asian Cole slaw for strong flavor accents, nice classy environment, and John the manager is a great dude… helped open Newtown Square as well. Worth checking out.
2020: We had a reservation and we still had a wait of more than 20 minutes for a table. We ordered the mussels but it was sold out. The corn chowder with crab meat was okay. The imperial dip was tasty. Our fish and shrimp entrees were well prepared and quite good. The place was packed and hence it was rather noisy. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, and dishes were presented on a timely manner even on a busy Saturday night. Overall, we had a good experience and will go back again. 9/18/2022 Update: What are the odds that you traveled around the world and encountered one of worst dinning experiences near home. We had a reservation and we were seated quickly, the dining room was half full on a Sunday evening. We waited a long time for the wait staff to appear, then to get our drinks/ bread and to refill our drinks. It took a exceedingly long time for the salad and soup to arrive and the entrees as well. The grilled Ahi tuna was beyond well done and tasted like cardboard. The rest of the entrees were okay. It would be a shame if they screw up the famous Bang Bang shrimp. I don't think the pandemics, high inflation, hiring difficulties are the excuses for the creation of such terrible service.
Unfortunately, it’s not the same as it used to be. We used to go weekly and had the best bartenders Julie, Owen, & John, the best food, and the best drinks. We went again after taking a pause for the holidays and the staff has changed. They’re new, so understandably they’re less knowledgeable about the rewards program, but not willing to get us answers in regards to applying them. They’re also much less attentive and less polite than we’ve been used to there. The food was okay, but we’ve had better there and the specials are still the same from a few months ago. My drink old fashion was a smaller pour than usual and had no garnish. All in all it’s fine, but no longer a place where we feel a need to return.
Very good food. Slightly undercooked fish. Sat the 2 of us in same area with table of 12 masking is feel crowded and a little hard to talk. Rest of restaurant nearly empty. Other table left within 15 min so it became better. Excellent attentive service Parking: Large shopping center paring lot Wheelchair accessibility: Street level
Our server did an outstanding job at taking care of our table. This is one of the last times that our family will be together for the foreseeable future and he did an exemplary job. This man deserves a raise and all the recognition. If I could, I would hire this man at my place of business to work for me. 10/10 service will be back!
I did my first online catering order through this Bonefish Grill in Exton and everything was GREAT! The manager, John, was super helpful. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Excatering handled the order with care and precision. Their online chat feature was great. The food was delivered hot and delicious. I ordered salmon, chicken, rice, and two sauces. The wedding rehearsal dinner food was fabulous...thank you!!!
Had lunch there, amazing appetizers and the margaritas were amazing!
We ordered an online order as we are staying at a hotel about 15 minutes away. My husband drove over to get it, came back only to realize they forgot our four year old sons meal and my husbands side that he paid extra for. Upon calling we were placed on hold for an exorbitant amount of time and to be told “oh we can credit your bill”. Well, I should hope that’s the least you can do. What about the 15% tip we gave you to forget our meal? What about making it right for my crying four year old? What about the gas money to drive over there only to be disappointed? Awful place, awful service. The food that we did get seemed old and over cooked. Go elsewhere, trust me.
I love seafood and Bonefish helped me enjoy it even more. We went on a Sunday late afternoon and even though it wasn't crowded, it was quite noisy. But this did not detract from our experience. The food was awesome starting with the appetizers all the way to the dessert. I agree that it is a little pricey, so we won't go as often as we would like, but for a special occasion, it's worth it.
