Would not recommend to someone. EVER!!! The young employees are helpful one minute and then dishonest the next. They measured my daughter for a dress and when it did not fit too small upon arrival, it was confirmed that the next size up would be ordered instead. I confirmed more than once before pick up and verbally again the time of pick up that the correct size had been ordered and the girl quickly covered up the dress. The young lady still tried to send me on my way with the original too small dress. When I asked, one of the girls told me that’s the size she was measured for and the size chart said she fits in. Unbelievable!!! Then they went and got the correctly ordered size from the back. It was there and they were simply being dishonest…BAD BUSINESS!!!

Horrible! Please don’t waste your time here! Employees may seem nice at front, but once the order is set in, they do not care about you anymore! Definitely have to report to the BBB!

Do not go here!!!! Horrible service. Take your money elsewhere. The employees are untrained and have no customer skills. Overprice low quality clothes. Worst experience ever.

My aunt & mom came into the store looking for dresses for my sisters sweet sixteen & found two they really liked & had them altered they went back the day they were told. It so happens to be that my aunts dress wasn’t available anymore & they didn’t want to give my aunt a refund when it wasn’t her fault. My sister-in-law placed a dress for my baby niece & the dress my sister-in-law order & paid for happened to be no longer on stock. Worst place to dress shop & super expensive for what. NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE!

Worst experience ever!!!!!! The girl that helped us in the beginning was “very” helpful. But once everything was paid for I feel like they show less interest. My sister got her quinceanera package here. They literally gave us a date for pickup for that same week of the event. It was NOT ready when we went for pickup. They ended up giving it to us Thursday of that week. Very stressful to keep going back and forth with them. Thinking it was convenient to also get the centerpieces here. We ended up ordering some and to tell you it was the worst disappointment of our whole party, because they ended up giving us something completely different from what we ordered. Some weren’t even done. And when we went to tell her it was not the right centerpiece she denied the whole thing. Never recommending this place!!!! I wished I could’ve read the reviews before going there it would of saved us so much stress! ZERO STARS!

The owner has little girls working without custoer service experience, they are Always with bad attitude, showing not respect for the adults, las weekend we rent 3 tuxedos for chambelanes, all 3 were different when supposed to be the same, they gave us one of the pants ripped from the bottom a the girl said they are like that. Be aware with this place, just wasting time and money

My experience here 4 years ago, was negative. I purchased a dress with some alterations and lost my recept. Without a receipt owner will gave you hard time. The system the use here is not the best organized, you come hoping they will keep a copy of your receipt, most likely they might have missplace it. Coincidence or a tactic of doing business!!. Owner becomes aggresive about it.and I decide to forget about it, no bid deal. I lost $150 in a dep for a dress that I wasn't able to get. I bring this experience because recently While searching quinceanera dresses at this location I saw the same issue with a customer! Customer lost his receipt n was inquiring about her purchase! Owner was looking all over her pile of recepts and again she couldn't find it. Customer said I am not moving until you help me out, owner got upset n told her she will call security to get her out if she didn't relax. Owner was very aggressive and was not helping resolve the issue. My recomendation for the customer is to keep that recepit if they want to make a purchase here since all sales are final. But you can go Los Angeles on San Pedro st and you will find good prices and less headaches. For the owner I will recomend to scan all receipts after they make the transaction to be a better place to shop instead of taking aventage of customers! Unless you find a dress with not alterations than it should be a good place to buy other wise I don't recomend this place.

They have great selection of dresses for any occasion, prices varies from 99 and up! If you like a dress here with not alterations to be made is a good place. But if you make a order for a dress and alterations; make sure you hold to your receipt., they are very disorganized. And if you lost it, they won't gave you money back or your order! While I was at the store, searching for a quinceanera dress! I saw a woman asking the owner for the dress, she didn't have the receipt, the onwer was looking for the receipt all over her pile of receipts.. She couldn't find it, the customer replied many times of the details when she paid n who got her order...owner told her if she didn't calm she will have to call security to get her out! Owner have a rude actitude to handle this situation. Is better to go LA to find a dress and get the alterations there than buy at this place. Unless you find the drees here n no alterations. Other wise, Don't place an order here because any money you put to place an order it will be a lost deal if you loss your ticket or receipt.

Horrible customer service. At first they did not let my fiance try on a dress to see if a veil would go with her look. They also discriminated her weight when they ended up letting her try on one to say " it won't fit you so don't force it on " with an attitude. Even when trying on veils she hovered around us which made us uncomfortable. At the end we did not want to purchase anything due to her attitude and being rude and still had the audacity to ask what veil are we getting with another attitude.

If I could give 0 stars I would. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. Postponing the fittings everyday until the day BEFORE your event. If you want disappointments go here. They give you attitude the entire process, cheaply made suits that RIPPED the day of the quinceañera from barely any movement. The owner doesn’t care and gives attitude along with the entire staff. Take your money elsewhere.
