Great experience, very professional. As soon as I walked in for my appointment I was greeted and asked if I needed help. They attended me and I waited for no more than 10 minutes before waking to the back. The nice women there explained to me the process then showed me the cost. Very professional, non expensive and great quality work!

Dr. Critchfield is empathetic and compassionate, keeping you at ease throughout your visit. Entire staff is friendly and welcoming, you feel comfortable at all times. Highly recommend!!

Can't say enough about this dental office.  The staff is excellent. Joselyn was my first point of contact. She welcomed me and then handed me off to Annie who brought me into the room for x-rays. After the x-rays I met with Dr. Critchfield.  She allowed me to tell her all the  dental problems I was experiencing. She reviewed the x-ray and proposed a treatment plan based on priority in which I agreed to. To date I have had three visits and each one has been a positive experience. Lia was wonderful in prepping and assisting Dr. Critchfield for my tooth extraction. I had some anxiety about the procedure but they created a relaxing environment. As far as dentist go, Dr. Critchfield has been the best. Personality, compassion and knowledge. A couple specific things I liked was she didn't try to have a conversation with me while instruments were in my mouth have had that before and something I was very impressed with was that while she was performing a procedure she was explaining to her assistant what she was doing and why. This told me that there is no ego. Dr. Critchfield was mentoring, and I learned a lot too. I highly recommend Serenity Smiles especially for someone relocating to the area who is looking for a new dentist.

Last month was my first visit at serenity Smiles. The place is very effortless to find. south of Bonita Beach Rd, and right across the Mitsubishi car dealer. Parking was very easy. My appointment was at 9 am, soon I enter the building, carmen, the receptionist greeted me with a very nice smile and made me feel welcome. The place is super clean, and really make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Right after she checked my insurance card, the cleaning specialist called me in. I was here for 1 of my annual cleaning. She did the x-rays; then, the deep cleaning. Subsequently, Dr. Critchfield came to the room, checked the x-rays, double checked my teeth, and took the time to explain to me what were my options and how we will proceed. Dr. Critchfield who has been my dentist for the past 6 years, is well experienced and very diligent with her patients.  Everything went well, and should be back to Serenity Smiles in 2 months. Can’t wait!!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Evelyn and the rest of the staff. I got the best cleaning I’ve had in probably 15 years! The facilities are super clean and organized. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a dentist!
