Sometimes this involves regaining health lost through poor nutrition, malabsorption, unhealthy lifestyle, autointoxication, environmental factors, etc.
I believe that our bodies were created with an innate wisdom to heal themselves, provided we give them the necessary elements to repair, heal and return to a state of vitality.
My purpose is to help anyone who desires to be well understand how to have vibrant health.
