I’ve been wearing dress shirts 6 days a week for years. There are probably more dress shirt stores per person in Salt Lake than any other part of the United States… but if you want to find the best dress shirts, you’ll go here. I introduced it to my friend last week when we were walking around the mall - he liked their clothing so much he dropped over $1,000. He told me, “this is a place where I can feel like I can splurge on clothing and I’m comfortable with it” The staff is even better than the clothing. Best clothing store I’ve ever been to. Hands down.
This company ships their $100 trousers in a free plastic FedEx bag. First order I received from this company came with the bag ripped and the trousers badly stained. For $100 you think they could splurge on a freaking box! I called the local store and explained the situation to them. The person on the phone immediately placed a reorder, told us to keep the pants and see if we could get the stain out. Did not question us for a minute. This is amazing service in this day and age. We will definitely be shopping at this store more frequently.
Love the clothing there. Tried on a shirt I loved but didn't quite fit. Would have been really happy had person helping me order me one for delivery.
My husband and I came in to buy a suit for a wedding and Sam was the most amazing salesperson. He made the process so easy and comfortable which was extra appreciated when we were already dreading suit shopping. I would highly recommend visiting the store in person for a fitting and asking for Sam!
Amazing experience. I am in the process of switching over my wardrobe and was lucky enough to have Jamie A. help me out. She was bright, friendly and fun. I had such a great time I came back a month later to see her again and this time got a new deconstructed blazer and a few other things. I cant say enough good things about the clothes and the staff! Deff go check them out
Very familiar with the brand and how the guide shops work. This one is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. I even had an issue with a pair of pants that have some age to them and they helped me find another style with a fit that works. Staff is helpful and friendly. While I have been primarily shopping for my Bonobos clothes online I will be heading to this guideshop from here on out.

Went in a couple of nights ago in need of a last minute suit. The Bonobos website allows you to buy sized suits so I foolishly presumed the store might have some available that I could buy and then get tailored later, after the event. This wasn’t the case, which is fine, but instead of being nice about it, the salesperson told me extremely condescendingly “good luck finding a suit THAT quickly.” She even repeated it as we were walking out, as if the first time hadn’t been rude enough. We went over to Nordstrom, found a Ted Baker in my size, and they rushed the alterations so I had it the next morning. Customer service goes a long way.
I don’t understand why they even have a store front. You can’t buy anything there, it has to be in there warehouse. For instance, there was a pair of socks that were physically in the store right in front of me that I could not buy because they were out of them...how there is a pair right here?? I picked a different pair that the warehouse had. When I picked out all my socks, six pair $83, I was told that all orders where priority next day shipping and that I should receive the package by tomorrow night the 24th. Bold should. I paid. Everything went fine. When I got my confirmation email it said 3-5 business days. A Bonobos employee then emailed me about how there was a mishap. He offered that I pay $25 to maybe get the stuff by the before “should” date 24th. No thanks buddy. I think the socks will be dope when they eventually arrive. I wouldn’t recommend going in to the store. Just treat it like the online store that it is. Had I made my own order online, instead of through the employee, I could have potentially selected the correct shipping and had my items arrive on time. Instead an employee made a mistake and offered that I spend more money to fix it with no guarantee that it would even actually be fixed. Solid business model Bonobo. Really cutting edge stuff. I hope the socks are nice. Update: The socks are awesome. It’s only unfortunate that they didn’t get here before Christmas. Oh well. Just a shipping issue.
