Today was my first experience at Bonobos and I'll be back for sure. The products are high quality so you get what you pay for but that's not what sold me. The gentlemen who was working today around noon was extremely knowledgable, professional, and more than courteous. He assisted throughout the fitting process and even was able to expedite my shipping to get me out a bind. I wish I caught your name, but whatever Bonobos is paying you is not enough and you made a loyal customer out of me.

Their0 30 inseam pants were actually 31. I bought them on sale so couldn't return them. Threw the pants in the trash. Will never purchase from them again.
