Was in the area and decided to run through the wash. I have club membership which allows me to use it unlimited times a month. Tamara was working at the entrance and her smile definitely lights up the place. Wash was excellent. The vacuums are very strong which is a good thing but be careful not to get anything you don't want to lose close to the nozzle. Towels were provided for wiping down which is a nice touch. Very friendly staff, quality wash. Not complaining about the strength of the vacuums. Loved the fact that they picked up all the dirt.Services: Vacuuming
I originally left 5 stars but changed it to 1 because the car wash damaged my car and they refused any liability. Contactless causes less scratching & damage and does a better job. They make it hard to cancel your membership. Other members of my household also had this issue. The staff onsite are great but corporate was not. Avoid this one and wait for the new one that is going in down the street.
I personally like the $35 monthly unlimited wash, plus free vacuums. It's a great value if you like to keep your ride looking nice. Of course, like with most auto washes, if you have real stuck on grime, you may have to run it through twice to get it good and clean. Over all, I really like ZIPS.
Jonathan was so helpful! My car still had some dirt on it after going through the wash it was like, tar so this really doesn’t say anything about the quality of the wash. it was something that probably needed to be done by hand. but anyway he let me go back through for free and even told me to do it a third time but I had to go lol! but it looked great after the second time and he also helped get my vacuum unplugged when he noticed I was struggling. very observant and great service. thank you!Services: Polishing
It’s becoming a standard at Zips that the attendant who is responsible for washing off the bugs merely puts water on the car and is not interested in doing their job, if there even is one. I waited several minutes before the person at the entrance gate had to come over and do it as she had no idea where her helper was, which was the case today when my wife went. Due to a meeting, she had to leave without getting the car washed. Another major issue is that there is always a piece of equipment that is not functioning, so your not getting the complete wash you paid for.
Do not use this car wash. Their car wash malfunctioned and lunched my car into the back of a hitch. Workers did nothing, gave me 0 info. They were honestly very stupid lol. Literally just wanted a contact # to file a claim. Messed my challenger up and had to end up fixing it on my own which was pretty easy, but left some damage on my car and was told I would get help since it was a malfunction on their end. Received 0 help.
Nice employees mostly but the owners REALLY need to take better care of the place or train the employees better on it! A blonde lady manager? is usually doing some type of work. Machine is usually having issues when checking in, vacuums clogged regularly & the wash itself shutsdown while you're halfway through.
It was actually pretty nice; car smells good on the outside it's probably the soap and the employees were really friendly. Jackson helped talk me through the car wash process and helped sooth my all my anxieties about it scratching anything. Would rate it more if google allowed me too.
Zip car wash at Wedington is the best car wash in NWA. I have their monthly plan which helps me keep my all cars clean and sparkling. Staff at this location is extremely helpful and power wash all the bugs before car enters to wash. It is alway great car washing job at Zip car wash.Services: Auto detailing
I am a member of Zips but yesterday made me wish that I wasn’t! The attendant was awful! He didn’t pre-wash anything! No windshield or bug brush or anything! My car was still dirty with bugs on the windshield. I drove around and went through the second time…same result. Not worth the $35/month membership!
