Boondox liquor store

I bought an elf bar last night and it was fine for about 30 mins then it started auto firing. Would not recommend buying elf bars from here, they have you test it before you leave but then it stops working a little later like it’s fake or something very sad and now I have to suffer with this elf bar that is already burning and I got it last night! if u are on your last 27$ and need nic Do Not Go Here!!!!! WASTE OF MONEY

I Haven’t had the pleasure of actually going in yet. I just called to see if they had some thing, he looked for me even though it was busier than usual according to the site and he said he didn’t see it there but he was going to call another location to see if they had it. And took my number and took the name of the product and took my phone number. That is Customer Service folks that you just don’t see any more.

Good customer service, this place had a variety of drinks and other things like shot glasses, fancy wine glasses, also different varieties of disposable shot glasses and very clean

Bad experience with sole employee. He over charged me for a product double the price listed on price tag and the lied to me and accused me of tampering with signage. The most disrespectful man I have ever met on a visa from India. Don’t treat me as if im stupid and ignorant, good business employees are honest and know how to admit fault and apologize. I felt i was treated so badly that I wrote a letter to WA BBB. The proof is in the actions because of his choices. Luckily I had a whitness to prove I’m not crazy and this is true. I do not advise anyone to shop here because of my horrible experience. There are cameras but why would the owner keep incriminating evedance? I give this place a F- for lack of professionalism and abusing, lying to customers and blaming the customers for his wrongful mistakes. Enter at your own risk!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean and well lit. Hugh beer and other things that need cold.

Sidhu is working the counter most the time. He is a nice Punjabi man. Gives good conversation, local guy. Fair prices and good deals on beers sometimes.

The business is not above making mistakes, and admitting it when they do. They fixed it and did not blame the customer, unlike a lot of other businesses in Longview.

This location has plenty of parking and a huge selection of liquor items. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I love the wine selection. The prices are great. I give this place a thumbs up

Owner was extremely nice and when asked if he had something his response was " No, but I can have it in by Friday".

Love the clerk, he is my favorite! Convenient and prices are pretty much the average in Washington.
