Tody I got great service this nice Spanish lady name harmen extremely helpful best
The employees here are useless. My phone broke and when I went to the store to get a replacement, the doors were locked and the lady working there said it was closed. I got my replacement phone the next day and when I returned to the store, the same employee told me it would cost $37 to activate my new phone. Then she started talking badly about me in Spanish to another customer. Too bad for her, I speak Spanish too. I got my phone activated for free from home too. She is a terrible employee and should get fired.
The girl in the guy at this Boost Mobile store have always gone above and beyond in trying to help me set up my phone and adjust my phone and take out the Kinks surely they are the best I have ever experienced
I went to pay my phone bill and it was around 3:00 pm and the door was locked and lights were turned off i looked at the hour's of operation and it said they don't close till 8pm so then I looked through the window and 2 employee's were sitting at the counter eating a girl and a man they both looked at me and didn't even bother on getting up and coming to the door I looked at the door and they had a sign written on lunch will return at 3:45pm aww that's why to late for lunch time and it's an inconvenience to us customers I will never go back to that boost store it was my first impression and my last impression of them
Phone rang and a lady picked up said something and hung up. Called back now the phone line is busy. Sounds like the line is off the hook. I just wanted to ask a simple question.
This is the third time I have tried to get a new phone from this location. All three times the "hours" sign has said that the store wasopen for business, but as usual, it is closed and locked. If I could leave a zero star review, I would. What is the point of having a business if it's not open? Why should I come here when it's supposed to be open, if it never is?
I bought an iPhone like 2 month ago and the sales person said that the phone was new and now my phone keeps turning off for no random reason and I went to apple store to see if they knew what was wrong with the phone and they said that the phone has 51 percent desentegraded battery and the sales person said the phones was new. I will never buy a phones from boostmobile again .
Never pick up their phone, and when they do they hang up on you. Wish I could give them 0 star
Doesn't know about customer service at all
Excellent attention and kindness from Aracely! I highly recommend this store, the staff is very professional.
