Nice enough people and a nice store. Didn't have what I was looking for on the phone service side of things, but that doesn't mean that they won't have what someone else is looking for.
Nice people unfortunately they couldn't help with my issue. Update: Since my visit I was able to purchase a new phone from Boost customer service I wonder why the local store didn't offer to sell me an upgrade that solved my problem?
The lady that assisted me was extremely knowledgeable and professional!
Staff was terrible, don't go here. Honestly if I could give it less than one star I would. Staff was unhelpful very trashy seemed more concerned about making tik-toks then helping a customer.
The retail associate there is absolutely the best
My husband and I stopped here because my phone shut down and wouldn't boot back up again. Angel worked on it and was able to get it working again! Not to mention he offered my husband a great deal on a new phone that we just couldn't refuse. Angel has always been very knowledgeable when it comes to fixing my phone. He has great customer service skills. That's why we always go to this particular Boost Mobile.
They cam never help you with your service....EVER! Why bother having a store if you just have people call who knows where to talk to someone else who can't help?????
I feel giving this company one star is me being overly generous! I have never had such unprofessional awful service. We have and continue to be ripped off by this company and the awful store representative who sold us our phones. They have FAILED miserably at any chance to make things right - hiding under the fact that the rep we dealt with was fired and no longer works for them..After a year + of a Christmas list of wrongs I asked to speak with a manager- Justin at the Salem location refused and directed me to call boardmens location, where I spoke with two employees Kayla who was new and couldnt help me at least she sympathetic and polite and Carly who was Rude and made it very clear she didnt care if we were unsatisfied or even continued service with Boost. I still have not been able to speak with a manager and am waiting a return phone call.. I suppose for me the moral of this story is " You get what You pay for" No wonder they are always running specials and deals to attract new customers perhaps they should figure out a way to satisfy the ones they have. This is not Over by a long shot - Also If you have no other choice but to use this company Dont bother wasting $ on there INS its a rip off and they will NOT replace your phone for the 50$ deductible they claim.. SMH Beware!!!
Couldn't be happier with the staff and service. Frank went out of his way to make sure I was fully taken care of. Answered all of my questions timely and was very friendly. Frank and Michele are the best, go visit them!!
No stars the man inside tried to sell my girl a screen protector that doesn't even go to her phone and when we confronted said man his reply was "I'm sorry were all out of the ones for your phone." Why sell us something that isn't for our device!
