Maria helped me and she was the shiz. She did everything quick and made it easy as possible. She did not have one of the phones I needed so I had to take a few minutes drive to pick up my second phone of the 2 new ones. When I picked it up from the other location it was ready to go except the woman at the location next to best buy on 2100 s was an absolute.... She wasn't cool at all. The box for the second phone was left on the counter due to her basically not even acknowledging my presence do I left without it. A few blocks away I remembered and barely got back before they closed. She had put the receipt in the box for she was aware that I didn't have my charger and manual but made no attempt to contact me. She could have walked out and flagged me down but she was to busy on some social media I'm sure. Really pathetic service. I wouldn't even call it service. I don't think she even said more than 5 words. Rude AF.... So go see Maria at the location above. She's awesome and super cute too ... Or .
Came in for an upgrade called ahead to see if 2 Motorola Moto g stylus 5 g 2021 phones were in stock. She did mistake inventory but found us another phone down the road at another boost. Maria switched everything over set everything up was very great, nice and helpful. She contacted the other store that I was coming in for the other phone that was paid for and ready to go. Which was on 2100 south next to best buy. When I got to the other boost location she wasn't very polite, poor customer service called and spoke in Spanish so I could barely understand. She hands me the box with the phone and says I'm good to go. I ask if she needs to put sim card in and make sure it's activated she said no. Then when I'm about to leave says wait I have to activate it. Then I left my box with receipt and chargers and didn't even get notified luckily I noticed and had less then 10 min to get back and get it she was either having a bad day or hates her job or something. Other than that Maria is awesome and will do her best to get you taken care of and we love our new phones thank you Maria for your great customer service.

Went on a walk in the snow to pay my phone bill today Sunday at 4pm. The hours say open until 5pm but they have a ghetto sign on the door saying they close at 3pm. Extremely unprofessional!!
Angie and the other employees are great they have always explained thing's to me so my phone "black screen of death" yesterday I go to metro by T-mobile thus morning to find out how much the cost of switching to metro with a 49.00 upgrade from the free phone I could not get a direct price on the setup phone out the door had to get my account # first ... Just window shopping ; so I go to metro to see what it was to upgrade. Free 89.00. +45 ish very straightforward. The price to switch to metro was over 240.00 with the 49.00 upgrade phone. Boost and Angie and her fellow workers are the no brainer . I left t mobile to go to PC metro I left PC metro for Boost because t mobile got involved. Was sickened when T mobile obtained Boost... so glad Boost is no longer apart of the T-mobile network any more.. do the math. Again thank you everyone at Boost for providing a healthy none preditory. Environment and service. It does make a difference I'll will continue to support boost

Mosiah was great with me helping me with the process of changing my phone and the times I went to have things solve. He has been patient and helpful. Give that man a raise!
I have never in my life experience such incredible service. The employees here are all very knowledgeable and super friendly. Christian was so helpful in finding me a phone that may suit my price range and needs, he even taught me some much needed Spanish while i waited! Haha after a day of using it I realized it wasn't for me and I wasn't sure if i could trade up. So, nervously, I called and spoke to Angie who was so sweet over the phone and told me I could- much to my relief! I showed up to find yet another smiling, helpful employee! They did all the work I needed efficiently and made me one ecstatic customer. Conversation was great, shared laughs, I'll be going back with any needs I have. Might bring them cookies.
The best person I always go to when I need help or even to pay my bill is Angie. She is the best! She's so out going and she's so fun to be around I love her so much! She does a great job! If you ever need a smile or even a laugh go to Angie she can make that happen! Angie is the best person I've ever met in a boost moble store! She knows what she's doing and she can always help you out with anything!! I love going in and seeing Angie! I love the store and the service!!
