Excellent customer service! I highly recommend this cell phone store to anyone in need. I fell for the online only, discount providers that only let you chat with an AI bot. I was totally frustrated and stuck between two providers with no service. Cindy was knowledgeable, professional and had me in service with Boost super fast. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in quite some time. You guys are GREAT!! Well done!!

Esme was extremely helpful in switching providers and helping me clean up open apps. She did an absolutely amazing job.
Hands down the best experience I have had with a mobile carrier. Darin is a superstar and did a fantastic job of helping me get my phone number ported over, set up with a new phone, and answered all my questions. I rarely write reviews but his customer service skills are phenomenal. I entered the store irate with my old service and left feeling excited and happy with a killer new phone to boot. I will definitely be back when it's time for a new phone! Thanks for everything!
This place is horrible and they have terrible customer service! My husband needed a new phone and the lady in "customer service" made it so complicated and lied about the process because she hadn't been trained. Wouldn't you ask for help instead of making things up? The next day my husband went back in and was lied to again about needing a new phone case even though his old one would have fit perfectly. He quickly realized his old case would work and immediately turned around to take it back. They said no returns. What scammers!! Don't go here.
Miguel has helped me out every time i came in and fixed my phone even when i came in every day in one week.their isnt one complaint that i have for him. He is also chill and help every person when he can. He never leaves a person hanging.
