Prices are really cheap and I love the phones!! I got the Galaxy J7 for free when I switched from US Cellular. I was paying over 50 a month for 3 gigs Of data. Came in and switched and was able to keep the same phone number and I only paid 50 a month flat for unlimited talk text and data. Both Store clerks were super nice, friendly, and knowledgeable about their phones and plans. Totally recommending to everyone I know. Couldn’t ask for better service.
I called in search of a new cell phone carrier, and called this number in accident meaning to call sprint. When the lady answered and I told her I was sorry I was trying to contact sprint she rudely said “well hang up and google it” she did not once ask if there was anything she could help with or even try to promote a sale over the phone. I have never been spoken to so rudely by a sales representative at a telephone company before. Most people want to promote sales but she did not she was just was nothing but rude and I will not consider boost Mobile and I will not recommend anyone to call and ask for information or try to switch. It was an honest mistake on my end, but businesses should Have way more friendly sales reps answering the phones especially in a small town if they want to keep there business in good standing.
Went to store to set up family plan. Clerk was busy, so we waited. Sat down by the window to wait. A customer had come in after us, but received service before I was taken care of. Poor customer service. I left and continued on with my errands. Did it myself online the next evening. Maybe they are only there if you want completely new service and to buy a phone. SMH
I came in a couple months ago and got an iphone 6 for 29.99, what a deal. While I loved my iphone, I came back and got my dad a phone for FREE and got the second one for FREE as well because it was buy one get one. I was able to give that phone to my brother, Allison and Elizabeth were extremely helpful and made sure to go out of there way to help me and my family get the service we needed. I would recommend this store and service provider to anyone! Thanks Boost Mobile!
good services for very low price, employees, manager are just great to us. They have a cool kids station for your kids to play on tablets while you wait that was a great bonus. I highly suggest boost mobile for your family.
