These guys are the best. I don't know what I would do with out them, real life saviors!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. It all started when I switched from metro PCS to boost. To begin with the younger Hispanic guy was a little pushy. I get a joint account with my ex who requested to be primary on the account. My not so pleasant ex set restrictions on my phone. I go up to the store and they say they can't help me. I call the 1-800 number for boost and she apologizes for their actions at the Sturgis location. After this I go back a second time for help and the manager blocked me from using their wifi to recover my account. So I reported that as well!!!

I have had Boost for at least 20 plus years and I have stopped and used other carriers and always went back to them and so far I haven't had any problems. I really don't think I ever had a problem other than customer service language.
Great people great service!
