Always greeted when you walk through the door... Smells so good just like leather! Usually there is someone asking if they can help you find what you need. Store is usually very well kept up clean an stocked and put together well

Everyone nice and helpful. They even found stuff at a different location for a customer and had it held til they could get there.

Ordered online picked up in store quick and easy and they call when your order is ready!

They have some old man playing very old and tired country songs when you walk in. You can NOT get to the mall from this store. The staff is nice.

For me boot bard was less than a stellar experience. I understand that they are a niech provider, but when it comes to work boots they are not the first place I would choose.

The place was very dusty! The straw hats were all mixed up, ie brands. Some were stuck together

Nice selection... I really needed that skirt! The store is so clean and orderly. Pamela was very helpful.

Just got through buying two shirts from the store. Went in, went to the restroom, walked by several employees and never was addressed. Needed help getting a shirt from the top rack and no one around so I walked over to the checkout counter and the girl never even looked at me so I grabbed the little hook and went and got it myself. When I went to check out she never even said how are you she just asked for my phone number if I had a rewards card and then said here you go and handed me my stuff. Terrible service if they didn't have the products that I wanted I would not go there.
